⚠ 支持两种连接方式：
① 将本项目与 Hermes Dashboard 部署在同一服务器，通过服务端代理访问；
② 将 Dashboard 暴露到公网（ngrok / Cloudflare Tunnel），浏览器直连。公网托管页面无法直接访问 localhost。

Connect to your Hermes Dashboard

Make sure Hermes Dashboard is running (hermes dashboard), then click Connect. Default address is http://127.0.0.1:9119. Achievement data comes from the hermes-achievements plugin API.
